Quick and Simple!

Hello and Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope your week is
off to a great start.... Mine is OK too! :o) I recently had a
plumber come out to my house to fix a major drainage
problem we've been having... It actually started shortly
after we moved in 8 1/2 yrs ago....
So back in Dec. 2013 it was at it's worst
and I finally called someone to fix it
and he realized my pipes were NOT connected! So the plan
was to dig up my lovely pantry and put a HUGE hole
in it to see what was going on.... This was gonna cost me $$$$$
So I had to wait til I could save enough to fix the problem...
Well, finally this week it was done and my poor pantry
ended up with an even bigger hole than expected...
Needless to say, I have running pipes in my
kitchen again, which I am a very HAPPY GIRL...
no matter the cost! It just means I'll have to wait to put
my new flooring in.... Oh Well... Just another day in my life!

Here's a card I created in 10 minutes for my MIL
She keeps asking me about making her those Get Well Cards....
I reminded her that I do have a Day Job.... And that I would
get them done as soon as I have free time... So this past
weekend I took some of that "Free Time" and made 6 for her...

My Silhouette did all of the work for me of course...
I used the "Print N Cut Feature" which most
of you know is MY FAVORITE FEATURE!!! ;o)

Card Stock - SU
Digi Designer Paper - Fancy Pants (Park Bench)
Heart, Star, Banner Elements - Fancy Pants (Park Bench)
Sentiment - My Craft Spot (Feel Better Soon)
Black Twine
Blue brads - my stash

I'm enter this card in the following Challenges:

Little Scrap Pieces - Show it off Saturday
Silhouette America - Print N Cut
Craftin Desert Divas - Ribbon, Twine, Button, Brads (at least 2)
My Creative Time - Made in Minutes (Took me 10 minutes)

Well... That's it for today... Thanks so much for

Shamrocks!

Hello and Happy Sunday Everyone! I know I've been MIA Again!
But work has been making me crazy! I've spent the past 2 weeks
trying to get out as much Spring/Summer Clothes as I can. The
weather has been so great this winter for us! (Sorry to those of you
who haven't had the same thing) But it's a rarity here in Utah! So
I thought now is a great time to get started.... but it also takes a lot
of time on my part...Your talkin' about a couple thousand pieces of clothing
I'm changing out.... What a work out! LOL Plus I was moving my 2 storage
units to a new location too... So you can just imagine how my work load
has been... But it's getting a little better now that I'm almost done with the
change.... So hopefully this next weekend I can get back to crafting! As
always... I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that I can! ;o)

Any who.... One night when I was really tired I wanted
to craft something.... ANYTHING! and thought why not make
something for St. Patty's day.... So I did and here it is!

I got these wonderful plain wood Shamrocks
and turned them into this!

I painted them green then added some fun
St. patty's day scrapbook paper... I used Mod Podge
to adhere them... Then sanded them down
Added some Tulle & Ribbon then popped
some small glitter shamrock on
and there you go!
A nice simple Home Décor Project!

I'm entering these Challenges:

Blitsy Crafts Linky Party - St. Patrick's Day
Little Scrap Pieces - Show it off Saturday
Cardz TV -3D St. Patrick's Day
Decorate to Celebrate - St. Patrick's Day
